• Selection of bus/driver providers from within the community that GPTLS has determined can and will provide flawless service
• Insurance coverage for the organization operating the event, it’s officers, staff and volunteers, as well as all GPTLS management, staff and part time employees. In short, there is no risk of liability. All selected vehicle providers are required to provide to GPTLS, current certification and proof of required insurance

Total Event Transportation Ground Services

• On-site, hands-on, management team from start to finish of the event
• Special VIP arrival meet and greet service at all Las Vegas airports. Assisting VIPs through luggage claim, introduction to assigned drivers and escort to private vehicles.
• Split–second decision-making, should adjustments be required
• GPTLS Ambassador staff at all ALL host hotels, as required
• Professional and recognizable shuttle and route signage
• Ongoing feedback to event organizers during the event

Shuttle Ticket Sales

• Professional and honest on-site ticket sales, as required
• Post event, ticket sales report with breakdown of tickets sold at each host location

Post Event Analysis

• Detailed post-event management report and shuttle analysis
• Data review for future event planning

Branding

• Vehicle wrapping, banners and signage
• Distribution of event/company materials
• Video play in transit
